Cengiz Dinç was born in İstanbul in 1966. After graduating from Trakya University, he obtained his M.D. degree in Sports Medicine from İstanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He served as a team doctor for Fenerbahçe Sports Club and Turkey National Football Team (2002 FIFA / 2004, 2008 UEFA). He worked at prestigious institutions such as İstanbul Training and Research Hospital (Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) and Marmara University BESYO Sports Science and Athlete Health Research and Implementation Center. He instructed numerous national and international seminars and certification programs related to sports medicine. Particularly known in the football circles for his accomplishments as a sports physician, Cengiz Dinç has also been working as an experienced lecturer on Athlete Health and Exercise Physiology at Bilgi University and Bilim University.
